1-1, 10 minutes left at the Emirates Stadium, against the best counter attacking team in the Premiership, what do you do?

Well according to Mr.Sanchez you keep on attacking, this probably the decision which will cost Fulham £50,000,000 million pounds and their Premiership life.

Couldn't have said it better. Fulham paid a hefty price for trying to sneak 3 points from this game.

Well said as well Fulham will go down now they could have sneaked a point from the Emirates but Sanchez's greediness cost them all 3.

In response to my comment above, as a neutral.

The response taken by Fulham after snatching the equalizer was a double-edged sword.

If they scored a late goal and gain 3 points, their position will improve from the bottom of the table.

In contrast, if the above tactic doesn't work out, then you will end up like Fulham today, conceding 2 goals in quick succession from rapid counter attacks.

I watched the match on Sky today but I would like to raise a point i don't think anyone has raised yet since the final whistle. At 1-1 we had a chance where Michael Brown (I think) cut in from the leftside and had a fellow Fulham player in the middle - I think it could have been Heidar Helguson. Brown decided to have a shot but surely he should have passed it in the middle for Helguson to have a simple tap-in to give us the lead 2-1. I know people will say a defender could have cut it out, but, if a ball is being played across the middle would a centre back really fancy smacking it away as it may have gone anywhere or even smacked off another player and gone into the net? (Diggly Dan, The Fulham Independent, http://www.voy.com/13865/,) has just expressed my tohughts)

Brown decided to have a shot but surely he should have passed it in the middle for Helguson to have a simple tap-in to give us the lead 2-1.

If the above situation happened, Fulham will probably leave the Emirates happily with 3 full POINTS.

Amazing that how one play can change the face of the game.

Comments please.
